Making Changes can lead to Motivation
Sometimes exercising can get boring, so you need a little motivation to keep you going, look around your city and find interesting parks, or different landscapes that you can find to walk/run around. It makes running, and walking so much more interesting (and less of a chore for some). The other night my husband and I decided to change up our routine, we usually go to the gym, or track to walk, and occasionally we go walk the mall. This time we stepped outside the box, and went to one of our local park, that we had not been to in a while (Due to renovations). The park is very beautiful and it makes you lose track of time, relax and enjoy the scenery. Before you know it, we had walked 2 miles and had not even realized it. Exercising does not always have to be boring, change up your location as well as the type of exercise you do. You may not realize, that a little change will keep you motivated to continue to get it done.
