Hot Toddy Time
It's that time again; people all around me are getting sick. At home and at work, I decided to make hot toddies in my house. Although they put everyone to sleep and made some drunk (Because I made them to strong) they still opened up their chest so that they could breathe better. I feel the best way to tackle a cold is to be preventative or to fight it head on. Taking your vitamin C, zinc, and making sure you have something on your head in this cold weather. It is better to be bundled up and cute, then sick and looking a hot mess. Did you know that ginger is good for Compromised Immunity and Respiratory Function, Bacterial Infections, Stroke and Heart Disease, Indigestion and Nausea, Cancer and much more? Stay blessed guys.
