Show your Body 10 Day Challenge Day 3 & 4

Yes I am still doing the show my body challenge, although this post is a little late. As I stated I will be showing my legs for 10 days, because that is what I am most uncomfortable with. I will only be doing this on my off day and when I am able to wear shorts or a dress.

I have to put on something that exposes my legs and wear it in public all day, so far I am doing really well and I am not feeling as self-conscious about my legs as I use to. As a matter of fact, the more I do this, the more I am able to embrace them. I really stepped outside my comfort zone, when I wore some shorts to the gym to work out in the other day.
