Eat Clean Train Dirty
I have hit a Plateau in my weight loss, so it is time for me to change things up a little. What works for one does not always work for others and I have found that true when it comes to my body. This journey has its ups and downs, but quitting is never an option for me. Tricking my body is what has worked in the past and reevaluating my eating habits. Keeping stress free and changing up my cardio always seems to work for me, consistence is also a big part of my daily routine and once I fall off, I notice the difference in the change in my body. Being on this journey for 5 years, I have learned for the most part what works for me and what does not. I have also learned that everything works hand and hand, and you have to stay consistent with what you do, your mind has to be right and you must stay motivate. Time to jump start this change, Focus, motivate, and stay positive. I’m off to a good start!!!
