Sometimes we over analyze our situation, to the point where we turn it into something it should never have been. Sometimes things are just what they are, plain and simple and nothing complicated about it. But as humans, we do not know how to leave well enough alone. Try doing this simple little exercise and see if it makes an impact on your life, and relieve some of the stress you put yourself through daily. Out of every situation you run into, pick at least three positive things out of it and focus on that only. Once you have done that, take the negatives that come up and turn them in to a positive, even if it is a small positive it is still a positive. Think about it, we think bad things into our existence because we always focus on the negative in every situation, even the good ones. I hope this little exercise helps at least one person.
