Let's get focused
“Change starts with you.” Words that I, myself live by. No one can make changes in your life for you except for well … you! Being healthy is a way of life and a drastic change for some. It not only is a challenge that many fail but it is a process as well that can be easily achieved with focus and change.
Negativity should NOT be a tier in your steps to a new life. Being healthy may not seem like it affects other aspects of your life but I’d like to think of it as a cleansing process. All the negatives whether its friends, food, your mind etc. You are washing anything away that doesn’t benefit you on your journey. You can say you are ready for that type of change but the excuses will be your downfall, believe me.
Set a game plan, write it down, be prepared, establish your goals, clean out your cabinets, and get off the couch. You are a prisoner of your own mind and it’s time to breakout and take control of your lifestyle. Just remember any advice is good advice and no question is a dumb question, and don’t be afraid to reach out for help and motivations.
