We all like to live within our comfort zone because we are used to it and know that it works (at least we think it works) for us. We do not move outside that comforter zone because we are afraid of the unknown. We all have big dreams and know we will get there on day, but the problem is, we are scared to take that first step to make it happen. I have been saying for years I am going to start a blog, write a book, and look into ideas of starting a business.
Guess what I stepped outside my comfort zone and I finally started working on my Blog, it is a work in progress, but it is a start. I am researching the book idea and coming up with a game plan. The more I said I wanted to do something and did not take the steps to get it started, the more it was pushed into the back of my head. It wasn’t that I was so much afraid of doing it, I just procrastinated so much that I kept putting it on the back burner.
The point is, we need to step outside our comfort zone to make things happen, if we really want them to happen. Too many people are afraid of what others may think or say, or how they are looked at by other. To be honest with you, who really care what people think about them, I know I can careless. You either like me or you don’t, trust I will not lose any sleep over it and neither should you. Stop letting what others think of you stop you from doing what you really want to do.
And for God’s sake stop blaming your failure, your lack of not wanting to do better, and your mistakes on everyone else. Live up to your mistakes and make wiser choices try it from a different angle and see if that works. We have all made mistakes, but some of us choose not to sweat the dumb stuff and learn from them and move on. Be at peace with your decisions and be happy with the choice you make, there is gratification in life once you do. Being depressed and blaming the next person will not fix what may or may not be going on with you.
Step outside your comfort zone and see what happens!!!!
